Wondering what's the best fall destination in the US? It's hands down Stowe, Vermont. And today I'm sharing my top 15 FAVORITE things to do, see & experience in the "Color Capital of Fall"
** We visited 9/19 - 9/22 when the leaves were just starting to turn **
While it's difficult to predict peak leaf color as it varies year to year Go Stowe says early September through mid-October, is its long “prime foliage” window. But as a general rule of thumb, “peak foliage” is visible around the last week of September and the first two weeks of October.

Did you know Vermont doesn't gerrymander their state and Bernie Sanders helped clean up the state went to Russia in the 80s and brought back alot of ideas back from Russia education hockey team opera classics Russia programs

it never told us the best time to go for the fall foliage and all the talk about local and it never mentioned the fish out of Lake Champlain!

Hey Melissa might I direct you to the third paragraph in the caption that answers that exact question. Also as someone who really has no interest in fishing and would never recommend something that I don't personally try, that is why I don't mention fishing out of Lake Champlain. @@AlleAbroad I didn't know you had to read about a video to learn the details mentioned in the videos title that the video is supposed to be about. Interesting that you're not a donut or cider maker, but you mention that. You don't have to enjoy fishing to mention the types of local fish available in the local restaurants. Lake Champlain is a huge part of Vermont and lots of people enjoy eating fish even if they don't go fishing.

As you might be aware, the exact time when leaves change is different every year, so telling you to go on a certain date one year in the video would not be helpful if you were to watch this video 5 years from now as that date would be entirely different. This is why there is a link in the description that is constantly updated and it's not the video that can't be updated. I'm sorry that you feel your time was wasted by watching this video and fish were not mentioned I wish I could give you that time back but unfortunately I cannot. But when you watch someone else's review of a destination, unfortunately, it cannot be entirely tailored to your wants and needs. But when you're getting a free resource online, that's the way the cookie crumbles my friend. I hope you have an awesome day.
