This game, what initially is supposed to be a post return to world and pre FF7 rebirth fling, ended up being a full commitment. It is actually good and I have never been familiar to any Granblue stuff prior.

Don't forget in the settings, you can set opening/ending cutscenes to autoskip, which is very useful for farming whether afk or actively. Saves about 5-10 seconds per mission. Small time save, but it does add up. I see too many people online without this setting enabled.

This was perfect timing lol, trying to get all off Siegfried's weapons to 150 and the crystals have been my bottleneck. Thanks for this Ruri.

Another *decent* farm is the early wyrm fights on Proud mode. They only give 5 large crystals per run but they also give you curios and a ton of materials that you can exchange for a ton of knickknack vouchers. Really good farms for an all around thing. Also do not sleep on grabbing chests around town, some of them can give 8 large crystals.

Just a heads up everyone... you can turn on the option to automatically "Continue" loading screens in Game Options.

Ran into this issue recently myself. Was afk farming the assault mission and spending the coins on the crystals, but this looks much more efficient for crystal farming.

This is so helpful. I didn't put too many levels into all the other weapons because I found getting these crystals kinda annoying.

The most profitable AFK farm is tayu'itar mk II. Gives you flawless prism, fortification stone L, and resources to upgrade sigils as well. Just afk farm that with your AI. 10 times is 30 flawless prism, 50-90 fortif stone, and a lot of parts such as shining orb, etc.

additional little tip for some Crystals - every 3 or so quests run around Folca - open chests and pick blue thingies (they reset every now and then)- will net you total 9 crystals and some other mats

the auto repeat goes around 10x which is around an hour on quests like this (4min + ~1min screens etc) so if you auto farm other quests that go faster you have to adjust

Rackam as your main character on afk farming with the specific character sigil is the best one to use. It has an increase attack range due to the sigil. He can reach almost anyone on a defend quest. Its not optimal to use a melee as your mc on afk farm since you can only hit an enemy that reaches you since you are not moving. Melee npc runs towards the enemy.

The quest great goblins of fire also seems to give a good amount. I generally get about 40 mediums and 7 largest. It's super fast

Thanks for the little guide, crystals aren't the most fun thing to farm That stout heart sigil in comparaison, while it's a little stingy to get (for me the human boss droprates were low compared to the golem, funnily enough only had to do three runs for 5 pieces), at least it was really fun to sit through. I just wanted to keep going. What a weird game, I'm not even fatigued from playing it yet.

I'm not sure if this has been talked about, but there are 2 quests that you can loop on Folca where you can get 1400 mastery points in total and some other materials endlessly for just some shards once you complete it goto the quest counter and play online and the quest will pop up again complete it and leave online mode and the quest will pop up again on offline mode just keep repeating it. Managed to go from 50% mastery to 100% (on one character) in around 15 minutes (providing you have enough shards)

i pretty much optimised the griffin farm at the moment, only lv2 awakening&+99mirage munitions on terminus on all 4 characters 1.30min run everytime: Eugen Percival Zeta Rackam (Fire Element Advantage for the AI, War Elem on Eugen) Eugen: Sumrak, Armor-Piercing Round, Venom Grenade, Paralyzing Bullet Percival: X-Seele, Roter Wirbel, Zerreisen, Macht Zeta: Wingclipper, Infinite Wonders, Vengeful Flames, Spear Of Arvess Rackam: Bullet Hail, Collateral Damage, Spitfire, Coffinmaker 1. Don't lock on the birds at the beginning and shoot only the ones flying towards you, leave the ones that dove to the ground to the AI and proceed to the far right one next and run to the next zone. 2. Run past the two wyverns and let the AI do their thing, shoot one of them once without locking on if you want to make sure they kill them fast and run to the next checkpoint 3. Run past all the way through to the next invisible wall, lock on the far wyvern and shoot Basic Attacks until all die. 4. Lock on the first Griffin and let it fly back and forth while you circle around to his second end point until you're close enough to throw mines reliably, Venom Grenade into Armor-Piercing Round and dodge to cancel APR animation after rifle fires, enter Aiming Mode, throw 2 mines at least at the boss and shoot them to progress link bar. It will then either trigger overdrive in the air or you get a link-attack first and make it fall down. 4.1. It overdrives in the air, as soon as you see the red smoke prior to the overdrive, start aiming with Paralyzing Bullet and Shoot him while he overdrives, then Aiming Mode, throw two to three mines and DPS it down. 4.1Bis. You get a link attack and it falls down, it will do a double spin move before Overdrive, prep Para Bullet if you don't kill him before that. 5. Second Griffin appears, it will either double dive-bomb or swoop, if it divebombs, get closer and throw two to three mines and shoot them to trigger, repeat step 4.1 or 4.1Bis. as necessary. If the second one isn't dead at this point, get closer when you break it and Sumrak, you can hit it very reliably even with the recoil since it's body is big and you're really close. 2 goblins drops more crystals. On average I was getting 28-37 from goblins from griffins it was 20-27 if I’m lucky. About the same time considering I one shot all the ads.

It's actually 10 rounds before the afk farming stops,guys. So 4 minutes per round, plus 1 minute of post battle screen... that's 50 minutes total. You can technically make a macro to press W + Click after 50 minutes...

I found you want either 2 paralyze and maybe a slow. You’ll kill griffin before 2nd comes out

You can AFK extreme level quests for better rewards. Yeah I know auto mode doesn’t work in extreme. Set up your best DPS characters to attack. Now you set your main character to regen, auto revive and have guts equips now make your character hold block. I do that with a rubber band around the controller. You just stand there and your team handles business.

Revenge of the Hordes- Maniac Difficulty mission nets you about 30 L Shards in 2.5 minutes

Thanks for the video, was using those same quests for L crystals. BTW you don't need that Stout, you can just get Steady Focus as a secondary stat on + Sigils

You don't need to do extreme. you can even AFK on proud .. just put a tank as your main and all defensive sigils

You still have to hit A or mouse left click for the quest to start anyway so you can't really "AFK".

I've been doing an AFK farm for this on a defence quest called Shedding Light on the Pillar. Repeat 10 times and i have 450 +- M crystals and between 50-100 L crystals.

You should do a curio farm because for the love of god, you can only get war element/ sup dmg sigil from curio, and you can only get 1 curio from doing a quest and it not even guaranteed, and i have appraised about 200 curio, only got 2 sup dmg IV sigil.
