I live on the Costco meats and frozen veggies that you showed . I have lived on these frozen foods from Costco! Living in Hawaii for 3 decades I have shopped Costco for 20 years now. I have lived Keto lifestyle for 4 years now. I have lost 60 pounds, but more importantly is I feel 40 and am healthy at 81 years old! Much Aloha for your great helpful recipes and tips on staying Keto and not gaining the weight back. That is the hardest part for most people to realize you have to eat that way forever!

Truth. I keep them on lock. Quick and easy. There are these chopped steaks that I get too that are fantastic. They're like 15 bucks for the box and you get a LOT. I put them in a container or Id look at what the cover says for you. They're chopped and formed into a steak looking patty... you cook for 2 minutes each side and as they warm up you chop with the spatula and they break apart like shaved steak. 100% beef nothing else. Endless options with this too.

I'm in love with the realness here... I've also lost 100 lbs on keto ( over the course of 17 years) and you bring a real life perspective that also doesn't encourage FEAR OF FOOD! Thank you for sharing about healthy non keto/not so low carb options like the GF Cauliflower pizza. These things can fit into this lifestyle here and there and instead of people hiding from others AND themselves and binging at fast food pizza ... now they know where to get a MUCH better alternative when keto or LC pizza just aint cuttin it.

😋 Try the blackened salmon… $20 for 6 big pieces… 17 min in a 375 degree oven with a little olive oil and some Old Bay seasoning… Super moist

My favorite frozen item at Costco is the Eggwich - turkey sausage Patty, cheese & 2 egg patties. So good! I've tried the frittatas & they are okay. That's where I go to stock up on my frozen veggies & yes, the Normandy blend is soooooo good!

Great Costco options. I also get Argentine uncooked shrimp. They thaw quickly in a bowl of cool water and saute to perfection in only a few minutes. How about unfrozen...maybe you have another video for that. I love these unfrozen foods too...Waygu ground beef is ssssoo good. I get the organic Costco brand when they don't have Waygo. Parmesan Reggiano cheese can kick up any veggie a notch. Artichokes in the jar and also they now have serving size packages ready to eat...they're great in a salad or as a pizza topping. 505 Southwestern Green Chile Salsa...it's addicting. My family members dump it on their food. I've bought those wings a few times and they are excellent in the air fryer.

The frittatas are sooo good!!! And the cauliflower rice is a staple for me. I can do mexican, korean, soups and so many other things with it. Totally agree with the versatility.

Thank you for showing the products with slightly higher carbs but worth it. I have gestational diabetes and afterward going to be low carb and when I want a treat I will reach for the Kind bar treats. The skinny pop is also a nice low carb treat to snack on every now and then.

The salmon burgers are the best! I always have them on hand for meals I don’t have too much time for. Perfect for throwing in air fryer too. Even my 5 year old loves them. And I love that they’re Wild caught too. The oils in them aren’t great, so I’d wish they’d change that, but for those nights I have zero energy, this is a better alternative to picking up fast food

Great info! I love those salmon burgers!!! I spread on it plain greek yourt with lots of dill mixed in it. I like that they are wild salmon and the fat content is 9 grams which is enough to make you feel full. Thanks for sharing all your favorites! ❤

The 100% grass fed beef patties are excellent. We get them all the time. I also love those egg fritatas perfect for on the go. Also I just saw Redds egg sandwich those are great.

Great video. Costco truly has some great products. Although Keto, unfortunately the majority of them are made with highly inflammatory cooking oils. I used to love those Salmon burger patties, but discontinued them for the very same reason! Stir Fry Veg Blend & Organic Edamame are fuego! Love your work and your low carb recipes! You're a gem! I love your Chanel and this Costco one is making me rethink non-clean foods. Willing to give chicken,meatballs & veggies a chance but the Edamame/soy beans are definitely out - soy is the most convoluted food on the market next to wheat! It messes with your hormones to the nth degree. Thanks for sharing, especially those Kind bars 😍

A lot of interesting selections, love the channel, but my favorite items at costco are a cou8ple of the shrimp options- the plain frozen shrimp are excellent, as well as the butter garlic shrimp, which has lots of extra sauce you can use for other things.

The Grass Feed Burgers are our go to my son turned us on to them a few years ago and he is a health nut they are amazing the Frittatas are really good but the Costco Cauliflower pizza is amazing much better than Miltons LOL Yes we are Costco addicts !! Loving your channel !! Happy Shopping

The Keto ice-cream bars at Costco are actually low carb and taste really good. They work out to be about $1.20 per bar where I live which isn't cheap but worth it to keep myself from going off the rails.

The grass fed burgers are legit. It's easy to overcook them, so you have to grill for just ~9 min total. Body always feels good on these. Great price for grass fed.
