The best GINGER COOKIE you will ever taste, with little pieces of ginger!
These cookies are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it's truly an explosion of flavor, you need to try them.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup brown sugar (120 grams).
1/4 cup of oil (60 ml).
1/3 cup of sugarcane molasses (100 grams).
1 large egg.
2 and 1/4 cups of wheat flour (340 grams).
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg.
1/2 teaspoon of powdered ginger.
A bit of salt.
1/4 cup chopped crystallized ginger.
Note: my cup has a capacity of 240 ml.
