We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

This is my first charcoal grill after a lifetime of gas. kzfaq.infoUgkxBPjh-m7-eaAjTEt8BOZRSRRxXqxiI90W The food in it turns out great. Also, the ash remover makes it easy to clean. The base is sturdy and it has ample space inside.I use a chimney to get it started, and it seems pretty efficient. One chimney is enough to cook a whole lot of meat and still keeps burning. If you close the vents it cools down well making it so the coals remaining are still usable as supporting cast members (you still need fresh coals to get them going.I was going to get something bigger, but realized with coal, bigger is just more wasteful and harder to cook with.

Hey Sam. Found your show and it is the only cooking show I can watch. Thanks. I do lots of cooking and am ready to incorporate your suggestions. Mostly I'm a grill guy, but have found myself using more and more flat irons and cast iron on my gas range. Can you do chicken fried steak, grilled swordfish, and seared tuna? Thanks!

This is the best cooking show I've ever seen. The information is very helpful but better than that, the dude has a great personality and doesn't put on an expert persona for the audience, keepin' it laid back. I like it! Subbed

Great grilling videos! I love to make steak tacos for my family, usually go with the skirt steak. Do you have a special marinade/seasoning that you use to make steak tacos?

Love the channel, been watching for about 6 months now and it’s a lot of fun seeing videos you may have done years ago all through the present. Would love to see some grilled dessert recipes - grilled pineapple or peaches with some kind of stuff on top of that that would make a great tasting dessert. I’m not the creative one - I would have to leave that to you guys.
