Cookies ingredients:

- chopped oat flakes - 50 g / 1.7 oz
- whole oat flakes - 100 g / 3.5 oz.
- cinnamon to taste
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
- a pinch of salt
- coconut oil - 30 ml
- 1 egg
- honey - 1-2 tbsp.
- pecan - 50 g / 1.7 oz
- raisins - 30 g / 1 ounce
- dried cranberries - 50 g / 1.7 oz
- pecans for decoration

- sesame - 100 g / 3.5 ounces
- softened butter - 60 g / 2.1 oz
6.19 - sweetener - 30 g / 1 oz (= 60 g / 2.1 oz sugar)
- 1 egg
- almond flour - 70 g / 2.5 oz
- pumpkin seeds - 50 g / 1.7 oz
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- a pinch of salt
