- peanut butter - 2 tbsp.
- maple syrup - 2 tbsp.
- a pinch of salt
- dark chocolate without sugar - 50 g / 1.7 oz
- pistachios for decoration

- oat flakes - 200 gr / 7 ounces
- cashews - 30 g / 1 ounce
- walnuts - 30 g / 1 ounce
- sunflower seeds - 2 tbsp.
- coconut flakes - 2 tbsp.
- ground ginger to taste
- honey - 2 tbsp.
- dried cranberries - 15 g / 0.5 oz
- mixed nuts - 30 g / 1 ounce
