Pro tip: use korean pear juice (if you can find it) instead of grating the pear! Saves up a lil time and you dont have to accidentally grate your fingers off 😂

they are waugh short ribs and waugh comes from a cow which is beef so it is halal

@@bandupmo._ beef isn’t automatically halal. It has to be slaughtered in accordance to shariah to be halal same goes for mutton, chicken etc. Pork is what is haram no matter what.
