Meanwhile I’m still waiting for that level of appreciation. Everybody nowadays is getting into relationships and marriage and living life on easy mode, while I’m stuck in life having to navigate all the curveballs life throws at me every second. It seems like God or the universe doesn’t want me to be with someone. At this point, what is the point? Not a day goes by now, without me wanting to take my own life. I’m so done.

Good for you brother. At least you know God is on your side. As for me, not a day goes by when I wake up every morning contemplating if I should continue living or not. The loneliness and isolation is too unbearable and the fact that no matter how much I try to meet someone, there are always roadblocks that hinder my chances of finding a wife.

@@TheDarkPlace00I know where you're coming from brother. I was in a long term relationship, to make it short, it ended and it was traumatizing. The point i'm trying to make, is that I was lonely all of a sudden. To combat the loneliness, I would try to join clubs, volunteer for a fire department, I just tried to do other volunteer work in general to occupy myself and pick up hobbies. Getting involved with a church, and social Bible studies also helped me. I know everyone believes differently. But doing things helped with that. Maybe some of those things will help your loneliness as well. Hope you're okay man.

My husband goes around furniture stores banging and jiggling everything like it’s an existential struggle between him and the inanimate object up for consideration. I’m always like, “Cut it out! He has told me the goal is to make me smile genuinely, and he always does make me smile genuinely. I can't imagine life without him and the goofy things he does to make me laugh and smile. Something happened and I said something funny but kind of snarky to him and her daughters said that I was being mean. I told them, we’ve been together for a decade. We don’t have to be nice anymore if we don’t want to because we’re stuck together until one of us dies😂.

I should also note that we will chase each other around stores playing tag by goosing each other or if we’ve been out in the cold, seeing who can deal with cold hands better. I win because my hands stay cold longer😂.

Oh man these are excellent. I think my wifejack has to be asking me to get something about 3 seconds after I sit down. Almost nightly I’ll ask if she wants a tea, make us both a tea and come and sit down and only once I am fully seated will she say ‘oh can you get me X’ where X is anything from chips to a nail file to a cat for her lap lol. It’s so predicable I’ve even conducted experiments on her, seeing if the request is related to how long after I ask if she wants tea, how long after she sees me bring her tea, whether I ask if she wants anything else.. nope! The second request is only activated by my butt touching the couch.

The ratchet strap one is so true. I went with my boyfriend the first time I met his family to help him move his great grandpas stuff cause he moved to Alabama. My boyfriend and his roommate work for a moving company so they were in charge and the put a ratchet strap in the truck to hold everything together and his dad went “watch they’re gonna tug on it and go that’s not going anywhere” and two seconds later they did and we all died😂

I’m a talker too. I have to comment on movies. Luckily my brother is the same way, so I can talk to him while everyone else is telling us to stop talking. We’ve even talked on rollercoasters. It helps with the anxiety. 😄
