@@joserodall7321 Absolutely agree! I'm just glad Vinnie got the chance to have a long fulfilling career before he passed. Joey did as well between Slipknot, Scar the Martyr, and MurderDolls, but Rev really was taken to soon at age 28. Painkillers taken for chronic ailments and an enlarged heart are a bad combination.

I’ve been playing the drums for 54 years now and about 40 years ago I got tendinitis so bad in my forearms that the doctors put cast on them because I was playing the drums too fast … I hope he never has that problem.

I was 14 . Mp3 players weren’t a thing yet. I had a walkman CD player and giant sony headphones . I used to jam that first slipknot disk on the bus ride to school. 😁 2 years to 40 i guess i am old. Not as old as the guys in Slipknot. It may have been 99 “Am i the only mother fucker with a brain, i’m hearing voices but all they do it complain”

I was 13 as well. Ended up blowing about $350 on a copy of mate feed kill repeat and the first record that still had Purity on it. I wonder if they're worth anything now...
