I picked 3 two 3 moa and one 6moa. Installed on hellcat, hellcat pro and a shield plus. Love it. I don’t have a problem releasing slide on either of my hellcats with an empty mag. Sig 365XL comp is almost impossible with the mag installed

Thanks for the review, I am considering this option for my Hellcat Pro. Although I am waiting for more reviews as I have seen some regarding a poor refresh rate that may be concerning. Can I assume that the Hellcat your are using was a direct mount or did it require an additional plate for the install? I can'r really tell but it looks like no plate is used. Thanks in advance for your reply and input.

Way late to this video but I'm in between the vortex defender and just losing my irons and going with a 407k. I would prefer a red dot I can co witness with irons. I have a hellcat pro as well I assume it's not a full co witness?

Nice!!! My EDC is a Glock 19 Gen 5 mos with a Holosun X2 series HE507C-GR. BUT I've got a Springfield XD 9mm as my back up & been looking for what to put on it. THINK I just found it. AND price DOESN'T sound to bad at all. Right on TY for the review. You guys rock!!!

I am interested in this red dot for my hellcat pro. My only concern is the overhang on the sides. Do you think it’s excessive to where it looks odd or do you think it’s not that noticeable?

hi how are you bro ? did you had to put the little plate that comes on the optic if you sighting at less then 15 yards ? I just got it today is awesome

I haven't hjad a chance to sight it in yet (We dont shoot the Hellcat much) but I assume it will need the plate if zero-ing at that close of distances. Typically they help a lot. -Dustin

The Vortex Defender-CCW brings a mounting plate for when zeroing at less than 15 yards.
