Great review the common fault with the ventilation on most swags is they will have one full side that opens but you need the air to flow through the swag which this one does 👍

Mate that looks like it would be super comfortable, so much room inside too! Looks like it packs down to an alright size for the street glide. But if you felt the pack was a bit too big you could always swap out the foam mattress for an inflatable one, but you might sacrifice a bit of comfort. Keen to get out on another camping trip with you bud 🤙🏼

I think if I packed it down better it will be smaller. Plus I'll ratchet strap it instead elastic

Before you put the mattress in put the canvas in a bucket and submerge in water. The stitching needs to get wet to swell so when it rains the swag doesn’t leak

We miss the camp ⛺️ outs we used to have in our backyards when we were little. Karen and and I are thinking about reliving our youth but we’ll have to wait until spring. 👀 Looks like a nice set up maybe you can use it on a adventure with Mr. Bogan and Perry. Cheers 🍻 Throttle DownUnder.

I think the Bonnie is a great hike to camp with. My Harley is going to be difficult to get into many locations

Been using an Oztrail biker swag for quite a few years - held up pretty well... though the securing straps have 'busted' ... my fault 'likely' due to mistreatment. I keep the farty bag inside it ... just roll it all up and sling across the seat sideways (as you did) ... Clears panniers and provides back support. You didn't mention the cost (ballpark?)... sleeping bag - in or out?... and ... how long for mattress to 'deflate'.? Notwithstanding ... looks a major step-up to my current 'accommodation'. ;-)

Great review!A schmick unit! Did you season the swag by hosing it letting it dry hosing it letting it dry a few times. Makes it more waterproof! In Tassie where its wet it's probably more important!! 🤔👍👍👍

Hi Rob, looks like a great swag. It does seem fairly big? Have you used it regularly on the Harley and if so, what’s your opinion of it longer term? The mattress looks like it would be comfortable? Great review! 👍

Yeah she's pretty big for sure. But with 1863cc and almost as wide as a car, the Harley loves it haha

Been thinking of rider camping myself. Bought things on a tight budget. But Im 6'3 and the two man tent looks like only a Seven year old could fit in it....oh well, what could I expect for $14 at Big W. Gonna be fun???? Cheers Rob.

Seriously!? That thing is WAAAAAAY to big. You can get a tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat and pillow in one saddle bag. I'm confused. someone explain to me why you need something that packs down to the size of a large circus tent to go moto camping. Maybe its just me. Great video though. "SUBSCRIBED"

G'day Paul. Yes I would. Once the Swag is seasoned its great. But if I was somewhere where there is lots of rain I'd rather a tent that I could sit up or stand up and and move around
