Good for you. Continue to heal. ❤️‍🩹 Discard day for me was March 26, we were together 18 married 17 of those yrs. I just learned about Narcissism the past year. I figured him completely out the month before in Feb (2023) I went minimal NC bc we have kids together. Straight emails. I feel much better and as I continue to heal I am finally at peace. These toxic relationship do a number on your health. My blood pressure has went down and is steady and my body isn’t inflamed as it once was.

I have definitely made so many mistakes when it has come to my ex. I’m at the stage where I am realising, but starting to accept more and more than I deserve better than someone who refuses to resolve issues and have difficult conversations. Today after 36 days of no contact, i was at my workplace then he came and asked to see me in his office. and we had a chat about work and how life has been.he updated me about his career progress and he said i still believed in him i said yes ......so we were flowing and smiling but someone walked in,he tried to dismiss that person in order to continue our conversation, but i said I was leaving......and I still have to give him some documents next week, but I was very calm,I will send the documents with someone else,I love him still but I don't feel anxious anymore.........no contact works,whether he shows you or not

My ex of 13 years won't be contacting me as I told him not to, he started losing weight and looking after himself in Feb of this year, then said he was looking for somewhere else to live. He blamed everything except the real reason he wanted out. I found out a week after I forced him to move out he was seeing someone who he was with 30 years ago, who he left because she was needy. Told me to keep my engagement ring and keep my number, which I changed. I stayed in NC, looking and feeling better and I'm now exercising and reconnecting with old friends. Lost over a stone too. My happy personality has returned. Thank you Coach, these videos are very encouraging.

Hey don't you think it's sad that people even have to behave this way? I mean peoples lives aren't a big game, a person who has to go through a process to re- love someone is false in my opinion. They either choose to love you and do it correctly or they don't. It's a choice to wake up every day and love someone. That's why we can't trust our feelings, feelings are floating they change from moment to moment. If a person's feelings are changing from moment to moment then they are not grounded in a belief system that holds them secure. That go from feeling to feeling, wishy,washy, unstable. I appreciate your attempt to help people understand themselves. God bless you for that but the fact is that love is a choice, staying is a choice. Love is not a feeling the good and bad feeling is a product of choosing to love someone to open yourself to them to put them before yourself. God bless you brother.

⁠BEST content on the internet! We have to DETACH By going no-contact. It creates emotional disconnect and helps you to see “the ex” clearly, instead of through rose colored glasses. If they discarded you, THAT IS how you are to remember them…as someone who was cruel and threw you away. It requires rewiring the brain though. The brain wants to fix a problem. So it keeps you strategizing “the how” to fix it but THE ONLY way to truly disconnect and detach is by going no contact.

Thank you so much Coach Black, I watch your videos religiously and I am thankful for how you help us navigate our relationships. Ive been going through a tough time. Our relationship lasted 2-3 months :( It's been 73 days of NC. He first reached out to me after 10 days to tell me he broke up with me cause of health reasons and needing to sort out his baby mama drama (excuses, we). I asked if we could meet up to talk, he didn't respond. I reached out to remind him to reschedule delivery of his stuff I sent, he responded that he would but he never did (he told me he was out of the country for work). The post office ended up returning his stuff to me. I haven't heard from him since then and it's driving me crazy. Oh yeah I found out he removed me from his friend list, but still follows me (I was hurt that he did that), he used to watch my stories religiously until I muted him. I can't believe we went from discussing our future to this. What can I do? I really don't want to feed his ego by breaking NC!

Should you like their post if the break up is recent? They look at your story’s here and there but not trying to jump ahead of myself. I got her mom and her flowers, sent her pictures I printed out of her from my thermal printer, a travel sized perfume, a phone case, and a letter to her parents and a watch for her dad and gift card as well. I have a pad that I had told her about way before she broke up with me because her parents told her to and told her to focus on herself. I’m going to send her the pad to help her with her cramps when she is on her period. After that it’s no contact and I’ll prioritize working on myself like I recently started to. Please help me out guys I don’t want to give up on her, I only want her.

We have 3 kids together + not married + together for 11 yrs on & off + always bringing his family, friends & people around him is more important than me + he loves it when they attack me and see me crazy + I don’t trust him & he & his mom backstabbed me by living together blaming me the problem but we have 3 kids together! Shouldn’t his mom respect that! He isn’t providing and protecting! He helps everyone but me & our 3 kids + he don’t give me his full attention but only to his ex in laws & his 4 daughters; like literally giving them his time and sleeping or going to his farm on his free time and killing time with me for arguing about non sense when everyone is busy!! Feeling lost and confuse!! I don’t want him around my home! We have kids and I don’t trust his friends & family!!

Hello all 👋🏽, my fiancée, with which i was in stand by since january and with the mariage set for this may 2023, she has told me today that she no longer wants to continue our relationship. I have worked on me, and also, understanding all the process of breaking up with all the content about it on this channel, i received it good. I am going no contact right away, focusing on how to improve my attraction, that is improving my value and diminishing my neediness, as attraction = value - neediness I intent to work out, work on my project on the topic of education, settle my financial situation and work also on my attachment style to get from anxious preoccupied to secure. I am following a program on that. I want to live my life fully and be happy. I will still watch videos on breakups and how to get your ex back to be ready in case she contacts me again, so i'll know what to do according to what i will be wanting at that point. I am ready to never hear about her again and to not search infos on her, nor talk about her specifically like i did since january. I let my door open to her, and hipe she will heal her wounds and feel good in her life. I submit this to God and will keep her in my prayers. I know God can change anyone who accepts it, who wants to be free of all that hurt and suffering, anger and sadness, etc God wants to give us a new heart, a heart that can love the correct way, that is like God loves us. According to my reflexions and with all the videos i have looked on the subject of attachment theory, i can say that she has the fearfull avoidant attachment style, and me the anxious preoccupied. I will also learn about the fearfull avoidant style to be ready in case she comes back, and dismissive avoidant style because my elder brother is like that. My little brother could be fearful avoidant also so it will help me for him also. And more generally, it will help me with anybody because a lot of people are not secure. Let's do it guys, let us beat all that hurt by healing our wounds and stop that utter suffering that i know toot much. Let's learn to be happy and healthy and manifest and bring our value to this world.

So that means he protected me by forcing a no contact but because I was so heartbroken, I kept doing the fucking most and that's why he hasn't came back. I'm noticing he do slick shit like watch my stories, etc but because I'm not showing I'm better than I was, that's why we're still in no contact.
