Cade Cunningham Has Shown He Has Superstar Potential, has that X-Factor. He is not a superstar yet, and he likely won’t reach that level for a few seasons but one day he will. Also people don't realize what makes Cade special isn't his shooting, passing, size, skill, etc. It's his basketball IQ. In my opinion the dude is in the Lebron, Draymond, Magic, Bird, stratosphere of basketball IQ.

Lol. Motor Cade already has shown to be a more versatile savvy playmaking scorer, than James Harden. Uses his unique blend of height, size, handles and wiry strength.. to create leverage in the mid post or dribble drive, to create scoring opportunities for himself and his teammates. And he plays d as well. Detroit really got lucky, with having the number 1 overall pick of the 2021 draft. The New Millennium Motor City Bad Boys, will be in playoff contention in no time.

@michaelahurt Жыл бұрын
@@rafaelsantana4905 Hill was obviously a much better and more explosive athlete with a quicker first step -- no one is saying otherwise. It's just the movement patterns themselves not comparing them as athletes: 1) They are both defensive ball handlers; the ball doesn't stray too far outside their shoulders. (You don't see exaggerated movements like you get from T-Mac, Iverson, Ja, etc where the arm is extending almost parallel to the floor. Everything is tight to the body.) 2) The pull up jumpshot is similar. Both lean into it and release the ball in sort of a push motion in front of them. 3) Most guards look the same on a fadeaway cause they all copy MJ the way they hold the ball for a split second at the apex to wait for the defender to clear so that one's a gimme. 4) They both sort of glide around the court. There's an ethereal element, a lightness, like they're floating. They play on their toes and are constantly sort of feeling where to go next. 5) They have pretty much the same build/body, though Grant was obviously bigger/stronger since he was already 22 when he got to the NBA, so they quite literally look similar. So yeah, the the motions DO look similar at times, even if Cade looks like he's on 3/4 or half speed from where Grant was and doesn't have the same kind of power.

Cade Cunningham is the only player in the history of basketball to lead the NCAA and the entire NBA in clutch scoring, while NOT even being the leading scorer on his own NBA team. 🤔 Look it up! What other rookie besides Cade missed training camp, preseason and a couple of games to start his rookie season? 🤔 Did Cade play semi-pro basketball against other professionals like Jalen wonder 🤔? Did Cade play with other All-Star caliber players like Mobley and Scottie 🤔? Which position is the hardest one to learn in the NBA 🤔? Duh...point guard. Cade was also double teamed or triple teamed more than any other rookie and he's not even the leading scorer on his team.

Cade is one of the best decision makers at his age in NBA history. He's already a top 10 playmaker in the NBA. Why in the hell would you take that away to put the ball in hands of the guy who is below average as a playmaker? This is like saying Dallas should move Luka off ball and run the offense through Tim Hardaway Jr or Denver should run the offense through KCP instead of Jokic or Philly should move Harden off ball to run everything through Maxey.

Cade Cunningham is a def a throwback type of point guard.. he can control the pace of the game n distribute the rock to the players n scores when he needs to.. the only thing i wish he can get well on is, i wish he can be more expositive on the open floor..

If you actually look at them play, especially when they played head to head then Jalen looks like the scrub, and when you compare their stats Jalen looks like a scrub, but keep watching highlights though, I'm sure JR Smith highlight film looks great too.. Peace ✌🏿
