Amazing to see this cultural side of Hawaii. Love the great chemistry between Gordon and Sheldon. Gordon being more competitive, Sheldon brings in a more relaxing and spontaneous vibe by making jokes, but by calling him 'Chef' he does it with so much respect to Gordon. Such a genuine guy.

Ono grinds. Super cool to see recognition for the Hana Coast cuisine. I've had many many plates of Huli Huli in my day. Phenomenal. Now we just need some recognition for all the amazing artists on island. Maybe one of the most artist dense locations in the world.
