6:09 onward is when Michael Scott is at his best in the entire series. It shows that he is a competent business man when he puts his entire being into it. One competent enough to go head to head with David Wallace and Charles Miner at the same time and win. It also shows just how caring and compassionate he truly can be when he stands up for Pam and gets her the sales job as well making sure Ryan gets a second chance. Michael also got something he always wanted. To be the center of attention to the point that he even got the likes of Kelly and Angela who don't particularly care that much about him, to easedrop on the meeting. Finally he shows that despite all the fear in the world weighing you down, you can still stand tall with even the smallest bit of courage as your driving force.

LuXeM it could have been so much better easily. $60k for a paper company of any size would be nothing and it’s split 3 ways. If they’re taking business from the most profitable branch you could easily just go to a PE/IB firm, float paper or raise equity to run it as a loss leader while shorting dunder mufflin and getting into more profitable verticals, services. While dunder mifflin is losing tremendous money if they have any relevant assets, infrastructure you can close out the short and buy what you want. Michael and his team got hosed with that offer.
