Can't believe that over the last 2 weeks I've basically binge watched 70+ episodes of a Tobias Funke look-alike analyzing a tv show I watched almost 10 years ago... But it was worth it ;)

Fun Fact, Michael never asked for a Rundown, because, Michael used to make it himself, I think after this episode or before this episode, Michael tells David that he can create a rundown before time(Deadline),

why? the concept is great, the office is great, but this video is so scattershot...it's annoying. just give an analysis of the episode. I hope his other vids are not like this. he inserts things that have nothing to do with the episode he is supposed to critique

Dude. I LOVE your lengthier videos!! Your insights are always well articulated and really make me think. NEVER feel like you need to edit or abbreviate anything. The other thing about the shot missing quote that's just great Michael writing is that it's actually a famous Michael Jordan quote, not Wayne Gretzky... which makes the whole thing just so perfect for Michael.

I relate to this so much about the open work space. Before going to work from home I constantly felt watched in the open work space once my job got rid of the cubes.

Yeah, and it's weird now. Lights are all motion detected, and there's space on my wing for about 400 people. Currently it's me and 2 other people, so it's even weirder now.

See, I always saw it as even if Jim, asked and didn't chicken out right away. Charles would of just got mad he didn't know or still assumed it was a prank and still get mad. I mean, this guy did blame Jim for ducking when a soccer ball was going at him full speed.

Back to defend Charles again! I maintain he DID correctly size Jim up. Jim is a slacker. He never really had to work under Michael and the first time he admittedly tried to get a sale was only this season. Dressing weird and lying about playing soccer got him on Charles radar and he kept on digging that hole by not clarifying what a run down is. As we’ll see, Dwight’s a maniac but he produces so Charles respects him and let’s him be. Dwight also admits later that he responds well to authority but I don’t think that really applies here? I still think Charles is just a regular, competent boss in charge of cartoon characters. And that’s where the humor generates from.

Hmmm I wouldn’t say Erin is basically a female Kevin. Similar personalities, but Erin has a MUCH bigger part in the show and a large character arc. She’s pretty much a main character which I’m not sure is good or bad

I've always found it hilarious that Ryan goes out of his way to be rude and snarky with Pam after she rejects his advances after he was promoted to corporate. He very clearly was asking her on a date, and after she denies him he makes it a point to pick on Jim and call Pam a Scranton 7 or New York 6. What a sore loser

Can we please change the easter egg to the fish from heavy competition? I think we should do it in loving memory of the fish which is dead. I think getting people to type dead fish at timestamp is hilarious and also the legacy of the fish must go on. He will not be forgotten (amen).

Actually I love Aron (think that’s how you spell her name) she’s fun, quirky, goofy, and very wholesome and I like her relationship with Michael, a father figure for her. But it sucks that her character didn’t get much limelight other than CONSTANTLY being in relationships with other characters. But with that being said I like her a kot

There’s been the theory that Charles wanted the rundown so that he could fire Jim. I don’t buy it, but it’s out there. Jim should have said flatly that he didn’t know what it was, but Charles, unable to read the room again, can’t pick up that Jim doesn’t get it.

@@Mulverine a work-back is basically the method Michael tried using to come up with a plan to save Dunder Mifflin during the shareholder meeting. Then I edited and added a bunch of emojis.
