This would also make sense of why compasses don’t work, and why you have to navigate with a log pose. There’s a giant electric current running down the center of the planet overpowering its magnetic poles, so if you sail perpendicular to it your compass would spin in circles, because the magnetic force would be in the upward direction.

If this theory is true, and they reactivate the redline and it goes back in orbit, then the water level would fall significantly and probably reveal ancient islands that have SWALLOWED UP by the sea.

There's a little tidbit from early in the series that never made it into the anime for some reason. When the Strawhats first approach the Red Line in the series it's explained that the climates in each of the thousands of sections on top are all radically different... Almost as if the Red Line was constructed from thousands of different islands and each retains it's original seasonal patterns.

Definitely cooking with this one. An AC makes more sense than a former moon being turned into a line, the structure would have already been there, just waiting to be brought down. One other thing i'd like to add about Bege's "landmass": i believe we've seen it elsewhere, in the hieroglyphs Enel discovered. There also seems to be two ships depicted there, and i'd wager the second is under Imu's control, used against Lelucia.

What ima bout to say is a huge stretch, but I was looking at the different vegapunks name, and thought up a name with their first letters, I got to Paleys. I'm missing a letter, but there's a few William Paley's, one being a philosopher and the other a filmmaker, but there's also one that was a broadcasting executive. The one particular guy is also known as William S. Paley, which then would solve my missing letter. He was the one that built Colombia Broadcasting System, so I wonder if it's a reference to him at all haha

Craziest Theories I heard back then 1: The planet used to be a Saturn like Planet and the it was transformed into the current planet, hence the Red-Line 2: The Original Planet was all water and Aliens/New Inhabitants added all the land(s) 3: The planet is A LOT bigger than we realize, and the Planet is a transformed Sun and the reason why we have a Sun is because the Solar System used to be a Bi-Polar System (which irl, is the most common type of solar system) and it explains these monstrous beings and isalnds in the world because they would never work in an Earth size planet.

Great Theory I love it and I agree with your statements.I also have some questions related to it. 1. Where did all that water came from? If red line is a planet ring then where all those thousands of KM/Miles of hight of water came from and how is it still rising 'cause is don't see Millions of "Lulucia's holes" (1 hole = 1 meter higher of OP Waters.) 2. So the new chapter spoilers came out, and with the new information that the world of one piece had continents in the past and the sea levels are 200 meters more than in the past, It’s very likely that the planetary AC, AKA the Red line crashed in to earth, pushing the water 200 meters up, creating the current one piece world with all the phenomena etc.

I don't know why, but I can just imagine Oda watching all these theory videos and taking notes so he can fix the plot holes he left like the Ohara globe. So many things feel like the only real excuse for it was "because it was funny" We don't need massive, deep, mysterious lore for Professor Clover's hair or the crazy variety of body types even for just normal humans. Fujitora's abilities felt like that at first. How can he pull down meteors like that.. because it looked so cool!

That was fun to scope on a theory. I never dug on the space aspect that once floated around, those were anchored to the Straw Hats doing whatever boom space travel for the sake of them having a space fairing adventure. This made the scope of the world of One Piece an interesting explorative idea that seems to wrap into more past and present events that take place in One Piece. The only part of the Space idea missing that come when Im (Mu) is unraveled we find out why Blackbeard sought out the Darkness fruit, why Darkness strips away abilities. I liked the Kizaru light theory keeping the area of the Gate of Justice in perpetual light after what occurred between Akainu and Kuzan on Punk Hazard the climate was changed by their clash.

Ya know, the final war coult be interplanetary if this all checks out. The 5 elders came from their 5 respective planets, Imu isn't just preparing for a war but to have everyone come and easily conquer/take over an already flooded world. The prophecies about a new dawn and liberation made possible bc ancient people knew more were coming
