Ingredients (about 2 servings) 2 carrots 2 to 3 cloves garlic 1 sprig rosemary About 10 g butter 1/2 lemon A pinch each of mixed nuts, Italian parsley, black pepper, and parmesan
I'm italian and this appeals to my sensibilities, bravo the carrots can be lightly steamed as well, i suppose, instead of using the microwaves oven

Thank you for that because I don't like using plastic wrap. I'll try this recipe now using your idea. Plastic is a problem.

Yes I was scouting the comments for this because I don’t use microwaves and don’t even own one. They zap the nutrients right out of veggies. Thank you.

I don't believe that's true. The results I get from a simple google search indicate that all cooking methods break down nutrients to some degree, and that microwaving can in some cases preserve more nutrients than other cooking methods.@@kevinbrianfahy
When you allow the beautiful Millard reaction to work its magic on carrots and even cabbage or cauliflower you end up with incredibly delicious dishes like this one. I’ve cooked like this many times and this was done so well. I’m sure this will tempt many of us foodies into the kitchen reaching for the produce drawer very soon.🥕

yea right. You microwave hotdogs and hotpockets and never cooked anything in your life.
