Hello dear friends! Today I am preparing for you a new interesting dish with rice and canned tuna! If you have rice, canned tuna, and eggs at home, make these delicious, creative muffins! I like to cook simple dishes using available ingredients. The dish is so simple and quick to prepare that anyone can prepare it themselves. Bon appetit and have a nice day!👨‍🍳😋
Rice muffins:
1 cup rice
Canned tuna
Onion
2 eggs
1 glass of yogurt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
olive oil
Bake at 180°C (350F) for 15 minutes
This sauce is perfect for rice muffins:
dill
yogurt
Salt
pepper

Super Rezept. Thunfisch und Reis sind bei Sportlern auch sehr beliebt. Nur schmeckt der Dosenfisch meistens nicht so lecker. Sehr schöne Aufnahmen übrigens. 👍

오호! 한국사람 입장에서 쌀을 컵케이크처럼 오븐에 넣어 굽는 게 신기합니다. 영상에 나온 쌀은 한국(동아시아)에서 사용하는 쌀은 아니고 동남아시아에서 주로 사용하는 쌀이네요. 한국에서는 유명한데, 통조림 참치에, 양파(통조림 참치의 1/2만큼) 넣고 마요네즈(양파와 같은 양) 넣고 소금과 후추 뿌려서 섞어 먹습니다! 양파는 안 익히고 그냥 그대로 넣어요! 맵게 먹고 싶으면 청양고추를 쫑쫑 썰어 넣기도 해요. 참치마요밥, 참치마요김밥, 참치마요삼각김밥 등 엄청 다양하게 만들어 먹습니다. 혹시 동아시아 쌀을 사용해 보고 싶은 분께 도움이 되길 바라며 구독하고 가요. 히히 레시피 참고 많이 할게요❣️
