Check out these natural remedies to eliminate both bacterial and viral infection symptoms in no time!
The 2-Minute Sore Throat Solution:
▶️ • The 2-Minute Sore Thro...
0:00 Introduction: What is the fastest way to overcome an infection?
0:12 Viral infection versus bacterial infection
1:49 Viral infection remedies
1:59 Bacterial infection remedies
4:23 What increases your susceptibility to infection?
6:15 Acupressure technique for a sore throat
In this video, I’m going to tell you how to get rid of your infection symptoms naturally. To combat an infection, try to determine if you’re dealing with a viral infection or a bacterial infection.
Viral infection symptoms will be more systemic. If you have a viral infection, you’ll notice more body aches and chills. Bacterial infection symptoms will be localized. Fevers are typically higher with a bacterial infection.
A sore throat associated with a viral infection is often accompanied by a runny nose and a cough. If a sore throat is caused by a bacterial infection, you’ll feel more localized pain without a runny nose.
A dry cough is associated with a viral infection, while bacterial infections are associated with a productive cough. Respiratory infection, the common cold, flu, bronchitis, and infections involving the sinuses and lungs are generally viral. Pneumonia can be both bacterial and viral.
A viral infection typically lasts 1 to 2 weeks. A bacterial infection will probably last a bit longer, but this depends on your immune system. Mucus associated with a viral infection is usually clear or white and green or yellow with a bacterial infection.
The best viral infection remedies are elderberry and olive leaf extract. For bacterial infections, try garlic, oregano oil, and echinacea.
The following remedies for infection work for both viral and bacterial infections:
•Take a hot bath or shower/dress warm
•Get more sleep
•Take zinc, vitamin D, and vitamin C
•Fasting
•Increase sea salt intake
•Improve emotional state
•Get more sunlight (UVB and infrared rays)
•Take cod liver oil
Stress, age, and poor gut health can increase your susceptibility to infection. Refined sugar and other refined foods deplete zinc and vitamin C, also increasing your susceptibility to infection.

No, sorry. The evidence for echinacia is very poor. The same goes for fasting to end a cold. Sea salt has not been shown to help with a cold. This channel puts out so much nonsense as well as some occasional facts.

00:13 🦠 Distinguish viral infections by systemic symptoms like body aches; bacterial infections may show localized symptoms. 01:07 🤒 Differentiate viral cough (dry) from bacterial cough (productive with mucus). 02:00 🌿 Remedies: Elderberry or olive leaf extract for viral; garlic, oregano oil, and Echinacea for bacterial infections. 02:29 🔥 Heat therapy: Take a hot bath or shower, dress warmly to raise body temperature, aiding in infection resolution. 03:12 💤 Prioritize sleep, supplement with zinc, vitamin D, and vitamin C to strengthen the immune system. 03:41 ☀ Sun exposure provides anti-inflammatory UVB, infrared, and enhances various bodily functions. 04:37 🚫 Address predisposing factors like stress; vitamin D and zinc deficiencies increase infection susceptibility. 05:18 🍭 Avoid sugar with vitamin C intake, as the body prioritizes sugar absorption over vitamin C. 05:31 👴 Aging impacts immune system; thymus gland shrinks, microbial imbalance in the gut may pose risks. 06:10 🐟 Cod liver oil, rich in omega-3, vitamin D, and vitamin A, supports throat, sinuses, and GI tract. 06:40 🤔 Explore a technique to alleviate sore throat pain by applying pressure to the opposite part of the neck.

When I'm feeling like I'm going down with a virus I dress in turtle neck sweater, and even put on a tube scarf. Sometimes wearing a beanie indoors. Keeping my throat warm fights off the virus 9/10 times. No need to sweat the whole body, but keep comfortably warm.

Hi Monica, it took my pneumonia 6 weeks to go away plus I had never ever had bronchitis in my life I DID NOT GO TO THE HOSPITAL FOR NEITHER ONE it healed with me being persistent taking natural HERBS AND VITAMINS plus I had the most VIOLENT uncontrollable cough for a very very long time with a 100 degree fever for about 9 days omg that mucus was thick a lot of it and just scary looking every time I coughed I did that hawking to get it up and out my system it was scary but I healed lol👋👋👋🤔😂😂😂

Monica Try to take organic tumeric powder 1 tas spoon, organic garlic x2 cloves , Organic milk 300ml, a small amount organic black pepper powder Now boil the milk and transfer the milk in a mug or a cup and mashed garlic, tumeric powder , black pepper and organic honey or manuka honey mix all together and drink it before you go to bed. This remedy is better than antibiotics. Wishing you all full and speedy recovery.

I wish Dr. Berg also mentioned homeopathy. I’m our household we use homeopathy at the first sign of anything and that nips everything off in the bud itself. At the first sign of fever ferrum phos tissue salt. Aconite/ Bryonia for anything sudden onset. Belladonna if high fever. Bryonia for cold/ cough. Nux vomica for indigestion Cantharis/ calendula for burns. Recently kali Bic 200 helped my daughters cough in few doses. Wish people knew of these gem of remedies :(
