This mixture of rice, minced meat and vegetables is especially popular in Central Europe. This dish is healthy, quick and easy to prepare. Sometimes it is called "Serbian risotto" and you prepare it from one pot. I recommend serving risotto with grated cheese and pickles.
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons oil
2 onions
500 g minced meat (pork or mix)
2 carrots
spoons of sweet peppers
140 g tomato puree
water for pouring
300 g rice
100 g frozen peas
120 g pickled capers
salt pepper
grated cheese
