Goulash soup a classic in the kitchen. This time we will make it from minced meat! (Pork and beef). Honestly made base, properly roasted minced meat on onions, supplemented with fresh green peppers and potatoes. Strong broth, garlic and marjoram, they will complete the work! To thicken we used not flour but grated potatoes. And the color! Great! They say that goulash soup is a kind of Hungarian soup. It is possible 😎 But in the Czech cuisine this best soup is definitely not to be missed! We wish you Bon Appetit!
