3 table spoons of Majkl's marination rub

onion powder 1 tbsp
garlic powder 1 tbsp
salt 1 tbsp
pepper 1 tbsp
Cayenne pepper 1/2 spoon
turmeric 1 teaspoon
coriander 1 teaspoon
allspice 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek 1 tsp
ginger powder 1 teaspoon
cumin 1 tbsp
plain flour 1 tbsp
Ingredients for a jar of Majkl's Smoked BBQ sauce:
extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp
sunflower oil 3 tbsp
garlic 2 cloves
cane sugar 100 g
smoked pepper 4 tbsp
sweet pepper 2 tbsp
Cayenne pepper 1 tbsp
garlic granulate 1 tbsp
Starch 1 tbsp
water 125 ml
thyme 1 tbsp
liquid smoke 1/2 teaspoon
maple syrup 3 tbsp
Hoisin sauce 1 teaspoon
Worcester sauce 1 teaspoon
balsamic vinegar 100 ml
soy sauce 3 tbsp
ketchup 300 g
