Made some tonight - WOW! Yep, buns cooked w/ mayo MADE the sandwich. I'm 68 and it's the first time in my life I made a decent-tasting hamburger even though for 40 years I lived on a farm where we raised pastured beef. Wish I'd known how to actually COOK it! I'm having so much fun watching all your fantastic food videos. Knowing the how-to is 1/2 the battle. There were no 'cooking videos' when I was younger. I didn't learn any of this from my family.
