interesting fact: cgrs also played in apex legends tour and using bhop while healing , this eventually make some baby team crying and the dev remove bhop from the game (early day apex)

bunny hoping is NEVER removed from Apex Legends, what was removed is bunny hoping WHILE healing, well it is not entirely removed but the lurching velocity while healing is significantly reduced and btw it was not because of cgrs doing it on ALGS but because pretty much everyone was doing it back then

@@chrom4ful obviously bhopping isn’t removed, but I’d like to assume similar to the lifeline changes stemming from alliance, cgrs and other pros doing the bhop healing mechanic was definitely a factor in its removal.

As a PRX fan I wasn't having high hopes going into Masters Tokyo (I checked twitter/X every day to see if something would still be able to somehow just make it during group stage). But damn did CGRS proved he deserved to be on the team. Forsaken had to go back to his Jett role on a few maps, and it felt like he never left.

Hey man I'm sure you aren't into SMITE at all, but this weekend the lowest seedest NA Minor League Team (Kaolin Wardens) just secured their place as a 1 seed in the world’s group stage after only playing together for two weeks before the tournament. Didn't drop a single set. Kinda reminded me of this run here. Great work as always!

talking about ow. He was stand-in when mickie join EnvyUS for stand-in one time. At that time he got call "1of the best Cassidy in Sea". But team he stand-in are lost and he got blaming alot, So he decide to not competitive on this game anymore. TL;DR At that time he was compettitive for CS:GO ,PUBG and Overwatch at the same time and his Legendary team name is "7642 all right" and 76 came form soilder:76.

People just dont know the amount of preparation, and the necessity of preparation for a team to win. These teams play together so much, they literally make comps, and plays just to counter other teams specifically. They practice these strategies so much that they are engraved in them. CGRS has 10 days to do this while others had months to prepare.

OG invite him in a pinch of time that the qualify almost closed. its literally worse than sub, since sub already been with them ever since the contract been made. and at that time they are going thru open qual. and not to mention that they are completely new lineup since ana just rejoin them and ceb join as a player, also notail change his position from core (1/2) to 5 and ana from pos 2 to 1

I wouldn't really say that even as a PRX fan. The "Gekko Meta" started after Skye was nerfed to the ground(Non-renewable Flash) alongside Gekko Buffs(Faster Recovery of his pets) making Gekko the new Skye with both "Renewable flash with Info and a "Dog to clear angles" Hope that was clear

@@czied7536 obviously he becomes more reliable after buffs, but I'm talking about who started using Gekko the most in pro scene. Because as far as I can recall PRX is like one of the first to consistently include Gekko in their comps since CGRS main that agent.

@@butcher7406 Yeah no. What you were asking for was the one who started THE Gekko Meta not the one who started using Gekko in Pro scene in general. You asked the first question, I answered the first question Also, sure, you can say that CGRS was the FIRST one to use Gekko in the pro scene but he definitely did not start THE Gekko meta. At the start of THE NEXT SEASON, 100t and Lev was the first one to use Gekko in Pro scene while PRX reverted to using their old strats + team comp with Ilya back in the team. It was only deep within that season when they used Gekko again afaik.

Cause cgrs’s contract ended, and he signed with a different team. Monyet is also clearly capable, because they got third this masters Madrid. Plus he really stepped up his raze game play after benjyfishy talked down to him
