Nicely done!!!! I had my first try of Taiwanese fried chicken about a month ago when I was visiting China town in Yokohama Japan. It was good. However, it has come to my attention that restaurants in Japan tailor their recipes to fit the Japanese tongue. I plan on taking a stab at this tonight and am gathering ideas and ingredients from many different recipes. Yours looks the best so far!

@@KhinsKitchen Hi, I made this last night, and it turned out great. The mayonnaise dip was really nice as well. I had Kewpie mayonnaise in the fridge, and I have Shichimi in the pantry, thanks to you :) I'm looking forward to trying more of your recipes.
