Jupiter Farms is an unincorporated equestrian community in West Jupiter. Take a drive down any one of our backroads and you may find horses, peacocks and an occasional stray chicken. The residents here generally maintain a slower lifestyle attending to their livestock, working on trucks, boats, buggies, ATVs and other toys in their shop. The Farms has its own elementary school, grocery store and a handful of restaurants and shops to enjoy without the need to go into “town”.
Do you enjoy the open spaces of larger home sites? The rural feel of seeing horses on the streets? Do you like to spot that occasional bit of Florida wildlife, or simply like peace and quiet while hearing the breeze blow through the pines? And with no formal Homeowner’s Association or deed restrictions, you will always be free to enjoy family life exactly as you like it! As a jupiter farms resident and on behalf of all jupiter farms residents who are super tired of all the out of state tags slowing us down and stopping in merge lanes, we politely decline the addition and are at full capacity. May we suggest palm b3ach gardens, Juno Beach or a nice condo in Boca Raton? We have gators. Everyone gets a gator eventually. Do you know how much it costs to remove a gator?

Ten minutes to town ? Yup. At 4AM in August. Jupiter fast becoming Boca North. Take your profit and get out before the bubble bursts.

The entire state is a flood zone. Jupiter farms is actually flood zone x which is a non mandatory flood zone.
