My most favorite time to aim train is in the morning . Get some coffee and breakfast then fire up Kovaaks and have fun.

That's actually pretty accurate. Somehow I managed to discover that myself. I was waking up at 6-8a.m. for quite a while, getting coffee and training daily. That made me pick up GM in about 2.5 months. I was constanly PBing and growing in skill.

I train in intervals through out the day and each time I go back to play for lets say the 2nd time in the given day I would just keep breaking my high scores this got me around plat/diamond is just under 2 weeks(majority plat scores)

Science also says: If you want something you’ve learned to actually stick, you should consume caffeine AFTER, and not before your training. You want your adrenal levels spiked post-training. This could be done with caffeine, or an ice bath, a freezing cold shower. And most importantly, sleep!

@@ex.nihil0 Andrew Huberman has talked about this quite a bit and has references for the studies that have been done. The post-training adrenal spike is what is important.
