If you have ever looked for a coach, you may have seen that some promote their methodology as a reason you should choose them. Some will even say that theirs is the ‘right way’ and other just won’t get the results. Of course all coaches think their way is the right way. In fact, at Do3 we have our own methodology too, we call it the ‘Do3 Way’ and we have coached hundreds of athletes to success using it (We’re doing a video about it, and once we do I’ll post the link below).
This video is about whether there is a ‘best method’ and then I’ll go though my top 7 considerations when choosing the right coach.

05:40 Number five. Where is the coach Physically based? It's good if you can actually see each other, if you can.
06:04 Number six. Does the coach have a community of athletes? Because sharing your journey makes things so much better.
