Why not use VBR 1? It’s what I use for my wife’s long form content on YT with no issues

Long form content I too only use VBR 1 but for short videos that go on social platforms an extra pass sometimes just makes a small difference to it's compression when posted on tiktok or Instagram! But for youtube videos vbr 2 pass takes forever lol

@@XherdAliko Another noob question. What issues can surface if you do not select Apple ProRes LT in the preview file format? I usually use a mix of 24, 30, 60, or 120 fps. Do you have different sequence settings for b roll footage?

@@dubiousjesse if dimensions and frame rate match up to your footage than usually you are good unless say your footage has a specific code it's shot in then some other settings need to be tweaked. But frame rate and dimensions are usually all you need to get right with those profiles
