How do you cook thin and cheap steak, its not my preferance but what we're issued/given sometimes. Its so easy to overcook and its very chewy and urgh

Season it with salt and pepper. Get your pan searing hot. Cook each side for about two minutes. Let it rest for about 10 minutes and then serve to your trash can and go get a good steak.
