Суховата, текстура напоминает свинину. Но вообще вкус уникальный, ни на одну рыбу не похожа. А еще если её поймали и не распотрошили её сразу - то мясо будет вонючим

ну акула так себе на вкус , печень у неё пипец какая жирная , просто расползается и желчь почти черная и сильно густая , а мясо не особо с привкусом непонятным и запахом мочи когда свежее ещё , вот они специй и вбухивают что бы видимо перебить тот запах , правда её потрошить нужно сразу 3-4 часа если в холоде иначе она вздувается и печень расползается как жижа , а так то есть её не советую ибо денег сдерут немерено а оно того не стоит ни разу

@@talatpasa88 это если её неправильно приготовили. Сразу после поимки с неё нужно слить Кровь и распотрошить, иначе акула продолжает вырабатывать аммиак который остаётся в мясе
