Kneading time is about 8 minutes, including mixing with a spatula and kneading by hand.
When molding, it is more convenient to roll it up by extending it to a length of 54 to 56 cm.
* ingredient
125g strong flour
125g soft flour
53 g of water
63g milk
30g sugar
45 g butter
6g dry yeast
6g salt
120g filled butter
*Filling
150g white chocolate + 40g Nutella
Dark Chocolate 150g + Fresh Cream 70g
*Decoration
Hazelnut 100g + Sugar 70g boiled use

After baking for 15 minutes at 190 degrees, remove the press plate and Teflon sheet frame and bake for another 10 minutes.

오븐이 작아서 그런데 마지막 발효와 굽는 시간에 남은 반죽을 실온에 둬도 괜찮을까요?

모두 성형 까지는 하고 절반은 냉동실에 넣어뒀다 꺼내서 발효와 굽기를 하는 것이 좋을 것 같아요. 수분이 날라가지 않게 비닐 같은 것 이용해서 잘 밀봉 하시구요.실온에 두면 과발효 되고 버터가 녹을수도 있어요
