@billblount7854 I’m in the same exact boat as you and didn’t work out for years. Eventually coughed up the money and went to pt and he prescribed the exercises in this vid lol. My advice if you still need hope/guidance: -do the warmup in this vid -train your rear delts -if you have a big wingspan limit rom on benchpress with a block or do dumbbell floor press. I wish you the best of luck.

When I do the second exercise it feels like a tendon is jumping around, how can I fix that ? Dr. says everything is fine but yeah I do have pain while doing chest days...
