Your right man, can do 10 perfect form muscle ups. So for me based on my strength level I need more endurance for run times for rasp more but I signed up for a option 40 contract so I can at least run right now.

OSUT will help you get into shape, as well as pre-RASP. Just don’t quit and meet all physical requirements. Do that and you’ll earn your scroll and tan beret.

230lbs is my I bench, squat and clean and jerk which is more than my weight @ 145 lbs I hit for reps 5 10 @ 230lbs in all those movements. This is the equivalent of hoisting another me. I don't ever Dead lift and never will because it is an ego escercise for beginners who need to feel like they can lift a lot of weight.. but it offers no real benefits for functional training.. I do farmer carry 150lbs each hand and walk around the the gym tho..which is similar

@@selflessly1013 rep max dead lift is on the army fitness test, 140 lbs is minimum, 340 is max, and it’s the first event, better train for it But looking at your farmers carry you’ll probably score high anyways

Callisthenics can be done everywhere too, so you can resistance train and run together even without a gym.

I prefer running but mixing in weight three times a week is a nice boost. Plus some creatine because us ladies don’t build very easily 😅

At summer I run without underwear. After the run you can throw shorts to washing machine!
