I went NC straight away. Last week she messaged me (2 and a half weeks) with a classic "Are you alive?" We chatted for the evening, i responded normally, no rushing or suggesting we getting back together. She said she was wondering how I was... Next evening, I got a meme, short discussion then finished. Friday I got a post she wanted to post, asked me if it was ok or missing anything, then we were done. Fast forward, and I havent heard a word again and its been a week exactly... We have been here before and normally when she reached out, that was the return of the relationship. Chatting and then meeting up and getting back together. This one caught me off guard and wasnt expected. I Didnt think she would disappear again, I thought this was the start of rekindling. It also just put me back into the pain all over again... Breadcrumb, test, or general just checking if I was ok? Im just staying in NC, i never initiated any of those 3 convos and never pushed for anything more...

He is so damm right! If she is so happy then why she and her best girlfriend constantly stalking on me on social media. Basically she is 1st or 3rd seeing all my stories. It smell as insecurity, scarcity and self doubt. This continues for almost 2.5-3 months. I believe with time it will be even hard for her as I am evolving and improving day by day in all areas of life and all my friends see and confirm this 😅
