Fu Xuan is really immortal outside of swarm 5. I beat conundrum 12 with her and she was so pivotal in surviving. She's just a beast among beast.

Fu Xuan is the only character I am super sad about missing 😢

I would say while silverwolf is not as valued as she was on launch I would argue she is the best debuffer for the hunt path character

I don’t really think silverwolf is that crazy anymore. Especially compared to the other two.

People do tend to forget that SW does more than just implant weekness. Every attack she does implants a debuff on a character. Her ult dumps a load of debuffs at once, supporting attack units that work on debuffa added. She also has cracked weakness break. When I use her talent to enter battle, the little mobs just die to it 😆 Don't get me wrong, Pela is also awesome. I'm glad I have both, as I can cover both sides of MoC and pick and choose which is best for single team content 👍🏻 My e1s1 Fu Xuan is an absolute GODDESS. She solo sustains, adds HP crit rate and crit damage to the team AND heals the team upon entering a new wave/battle. Her ult also has decent break. She is my favourite character and I don't see her ever becoming irrelevant to my account. My Ruan Mei is still being built. However, ahe is already showing her potential. I'm loving her with my also still being built Xueyi, but her ability to enhance dual dps is the most enjoyable part to me 👍🏻

As a PS5 player, I can't wait to get Fu Xuan on her rerun. She's my #1 priority over any character including new banners.

Honestly I think this is a good thing: this game is ultimately a money spending game, so it makes sense that these 5stars are the best at what they do

I was just about to write a comment about how relevant their alternatives are still, but the fact of the matter is that these are the most Universal and Effective units in their roles. I'm speechless and I'm sad Fu Xuan dropped during my break from the game :( I'm actually very behind, but Ruan Mei is making the return grind a little easier

One thing i like about silver wolf is that on top of me saving materials for building characters for certain weaknesses, I also save a ton of resources with my relic builds, I got 5 quantum dps sets i can just slap on anyone and they become a dps with silver wolf due to the genius quantum 4 pc set bonus

It's the bias, BUT since my SW is fully decked out at E6S5 she is still one of the best in my team since she also works as a secondary DPS. Profits from Ruan Mei and essentially buffs both herself and whatever other DPS there is in the team. Plus with RM, Breaking got a lot more important again. Though when it comes to breaking, characters like Lady Fu are phenomenal.

Anyone who says Fu Xuan isn't the clear best solo sustain doesn't have her and is coping, or has her and forgot to put defensive gear on her.

The fact you can use silverwolf fu xaun ruan mei and Jing lui as a team is something

for ppl that don't understand, bronya advances forward 1 unit, ruan mei gives your entire team 1 extra turn for every unit every time you weakness break

best thing about hsr is that as much as there are powerful units like RM, FX and SW, their alternatives can outperform them in other game modes and/or team setups.

welt with ruan mei essentially makes enemy side to be delayed all the way to honkai star rail patch 50.0 xD

A few weeks ago i would rank Bronya as clear 2nd spot, but maybe the combo Silver Wolf + Ruan Mei shred too much def and res on the overleved enemies for floor 11-12 that they surpass Bronya's buffs, specially when paired with a quantum dps with the 4 piece set.

saved for month to get Fu xuan E1 and her Signature Ligthcone and im so happy to have her im lucky to get Blade, his signature and Ruan mei this patch under 20k jades

I defs agree with ruan mei and fu xuan, silverwolf is similar in that she does something unique but has limited application. Has a build around requirement of only two elements if not mono quantum, and is stuck with single target kit. Basically suffering from what all hunt units suffer from

For me, my big 3 are Xueyi, Asta, and Bronya these characters can work in most people's teams and are high A or S supporters in my opinion. Xueyi ult makes her so versatile because she can break the enemy's weakness regardless of their elemental weakness and you can build her as a Weakness breaker, sub-DPS, or even a main DPS she will always be a good character in my opinion because she can break the enemies weakness regardless of the type Asta, I feel also would stay relevant because she can increase her teammate's speed with her ult and increase fire characters' damages I feel she will always be the people go to support if they are running a fire damage dealer and who knows maybe in the future we get more characters that make fire type characters do more damage and I feel she will always be in thous teams until their another fire character that can give damage increase to the entire team and increase the team's speed Bronya I also feel is always going to be in meta and is still good. Bronya can increase the damage of one character and instantly give them another turn regardless of their speed and I have seen some people making a speedy Bronya so that she can keep on pushing the damage dealer action forward and that is what makes her amazing Xueyi and Asta eidolons are also easy to get and Bronya is an amazing 5 Star that you can get for free after the 300 multies or losing a 50/50.

My Top 3 are Ruan Mei, Fu, & Bronya Followed by Silver wolf, Pela, Tingyun, Kafka, Topaz, Loucha, & Huohuo (Where the last two are close to Equal Value IMO, same with the first three of the follow up list) Sparkle bout to push Bronya out of my top 3 imo.

I knew everyone was saying Ruan Mei was broken, but I certainly underestimated her. I have her maybe 3/4 built and is still making a HUGE impact on my team (Topaz/Clara). I missed out on Silver Wolf and Fu Xuan, but I absolute love the characters that are more "mess with the rules of the game" compared to the "giant beatstick" characters. They are just such a joy to play for me over hypercarries. Hopefully I can get Fu Xuan on her repeat banner. Luocha or HuoHuo would also be nice; I need a good sustain ;_; Silver Wolf's design I think is Top Tier, but I have too many other characters built up already and don't really "need" her. I don't think she'd replace one in the Top 3 there, but Topaz feels like an honorable mention. She really unlocks the potential for any character with a followup-attack to just do HUGE damage. Not really "game-breaking" (unless you do SU Elation Path) but certainly super unique and can't be "replaced" easily like DPS characters that can just be powercrept.

fair warning with fuxuan, any massive AOE attacks can take her out in the hardest difficulty swarm and gears, so prepare accordingly with blessings for that

SW has a lot of value, but so does Bronya… depending on who you pair her with. I’m most excited about pairing Ratio and Topaz together with SW because it gives you the extra versatility in being able to break more consistently regardless of whether you start off with just fire, imaginary or quantum alone

I don't personally believe that SW is above other characters like pela or bronya but else of that I think Fu Xuan and Ruan Mei are absolute beasts

Big 3 so far. Black Swan has the potential if her numbers stay similar to what they ate (E0S1 on the right conditions like 87% Def shred). Adventurine could also flip FuXuen but have to wait for his soft marketing and beta info.

For me the replace of silver wolf which i don't have in kafka team is luka , even lukas basic attack gives debuff , i kow it is not in his kit but there is an cone which helps with that ,along with vulnerablity , bleed i hope he might work with dr ratio This is one of the best and worst thing about Star rail (just my opinion) ,the good part you can build tons of team comp and every character has some utility even all 4 * at the same time the worst part is resources and to level up skills i really got broke in the game

Glad I have these 3, but in exchange I don't have the other good chars especially DPS like Jingliu or Dan Heng IL, also healers like Huohuo or Luocha.. 😅

Limited Sustain >= Harmony/Support >> Sup/Dps . Dps is easily powercreep so you should pull for whoever you like as main dps and pull for good sustain like fu xuan/ luo cha for massive QoL

Yeah, I can I can attest to this video for me I played star rail since 1.0 and pulled Jing Yuan then quit because the same patch I got e2 Bailu, the xianxhou felt like a slog to play through, and I just hate playing games on my phone so I said was going to give it another change when it come to ps5 And so picked it back up a little before it came to ps5 to see if I can get Fu Xuan because I REALLY needed a sustain but guess what, I lost 50/50 to Himeko🤧I honestly don’t know how I kept playing after that, I was giving it doubt since I really can’t get immersed in games unless I play it through my PlayStation so I still waited for the console release it came out on ps5, and Jing Liu just so happen to be on banner so I pulled Jing Liu since I had guaranteed from last pulling Himeko . Next patch 1.5 came out, I pulled Huo Huo (she was guaranteed because I pulled another bailu😐) and her light cone in 40 pulls, I truly think that happened because she released on birthday and that was when my account was feeling usable.Later in the same patch I some how won my first 50/50 and got silver wolf which I pulled because she is one of my waifus I didn’t care if people started to say Pela was better because she is aoe. And now we are in current patch I pulled ruan mei who I won my second 50/50, I all I got say is she made I jing yuan actually viable for my second side which is a god send. I finally beat that final stage of that xianxhou mic thing with Kafka and the annoying first half mobs and all I got to say is I was not beating that without silver wolf and Ruan Mei

New simulated universe does 70% of my characters' HP WITH Fu Xuan's shield active, i can only imagine how much of a nightmare people without her have to go through to complete the new SU

you don't need silver wolf to brute force anything, i brute force everythign with imbi and jinglu and i started 2 patches ago, they do enough dmg plus to have elemental coverage you don't need all the characters, you just need 3-4 elements as all the enemies have 3 weakness plus with ruan mei and a sub dps/breaker you can break fast enough and probably even in aoe

i didnt even know fu xuan and silver wolf were broken when they lauched, and i still pulled them i just need ruan mei to complete the collection ig

IMO the big 3 are Tingyun Bronya RuanMei, they are universal. Can't believe I got E2 Ruan Mei by luck.

I mean, let's be real here Prioritizing buffs & utilities is always better than going for raw dmg All of the supports in the game have a place for every team, some are just more universal than the other (Example would be Ruan Mei's universal buffs as oppose to Bronya's specific buffs for teams with a hypercarry)

I missed Fu Xuan because star rail released after her banner on ps5. At least I was able to get Jingliu

Silverwolf will be relevant until someone is able to get 1 dps of each element fully built and they arent just defaulting to one 1dps for everything. As a F2P thats like something you cant do until at least 1 year into the game. Plus she saves on investment getting to higher content rewards earlier

The only three characters you honestly need is Bronya,Fu Xuan and Ruan Mei. Or you can replace SilverWolf with Luocha or Dan heng IL.

My get list: -ruan mei- -silverwolf (haxxorbunny)- Fu xuan Inhibitor lunae Jingliu -dr. Ratio- -argenti-

I think an honorable mention is Luocha, his healing is so braindead that using any other healer feels so underwhelming compared to Luocha. However his only down side is that he only provides insane healing and doesnt give things like Fu Xuan insane sustain and Huohuo's crazy buffing. I see Luocha as like the Zhongli of this game, once you experience his healing its hard to use other healers. Same goes for Fu Xuan, once you experience Fu Xuan sustain abilities, its hard to use other preservation units.

Im only missing Fu Xuan, also I need Bronya. edit: Idk about big three, but thats team is the national team of honkai lol

SWs biggest weakness in my opening Is simple lemme give a very crucial example Ur in MoC 12 rii 1st half You bring Seele SW and Lynx probably or Fu but I used lynx cuz fu was with Liu and finally Ruan Mei And you decide to implant weakness on the deer and guess what you get ICE This shii tilts me off seriously Tho yes if after a few resets it does go back to Quantum But going through that just for you to get The wrong element really sucks So yh that's my biggest gripe against her she's still good but I feel having 100% quantum implant is less pain inducing during runs My opinion

Luocha is way better then silver wolf auto heals , cleanse , plus he’s not totally inept at offense like most abundance are i don’t have him (yet) but whenever i see someone using him or use him with the support system i just think you can’t lose with this guy

in MoC Pela > sw In high level conundrum SW > Pela The ability to put the right element and break to delay the monster from hitting you can save you a run in high conundrum.

Silver wolf Value besides mono quantum is plummeting - once you get enough dps of different elements she is not needed anymore. She does not belong in top 3.
