Exactly. Mental strength and work ethic is what seperates the good from the great. Many people can have gifted genetics, but how hard are they willing to push themselves in the gym, stay true to a strict diet, etc. The mental game, to me, is tougher than the physical. There's days when I don't want to lift, but I remind myself why I'm doing this, and it pushes me even further. You have the right mindset, you can do it.

arnold was a freak for sure. if you look at his presses he was going extremely wide on the bar and also on his flys the stretch was scary. most bodybuilders would tear a pec eventually training like that.

@@niguel6583 Arnold was the master at hiding,his flaws. He had a wide waist which he hid with with a slight twist of the torso when posing. His triceps never really matched those huge biceps, which is why his side tricep shot was restricted to the compulsories. He presentation left others behind.

He is a great bodybuilder and legend for eternity. However, his lower body needed more work, which wouldn't have been an issue in those days. However, it's difficult for taller guys to get massive; so yes, he did work hard for his age, height and the era he was in.

Love this video. It's awesome to see the man who inspired me to be a bodybuilder and to love bodybuilding and the gym. He has always been a Hero of mine since i was a little boy. To me he is not only one of the Goats of Bodybuilding but an absolute legend. People have said Big Ronnie Coleman is the Goat of Bodybuilding and Arnold is the Father of Bodybuilding. I kind of like that as well, as both Arnold and Ronnie are 2 awesome legends of Bodybuilding and great men. Arnold Schwarzenegger has done so much for Bodybuilding and the Fitness Industry and inspired so many people to become bodybuilders its not funny. That's why he is and will always be the One & Only The Greatest of all Time Arnold Schwarzenegger. Thankyou Nicandro Vision Motivation, this was another awesome video and definitely one o will download and keep for inspiration when i get my back and medical problems sorted out and get back to the gym.
