How about not using the Dubai Eye super Ferris wheel as the opening and closing shots - as it's been closed for over a year and seems to have some major issues with it? Nor will the people who run it say what is wrong with it.

Migrant workers built this country❤️ But They all came to dubai, because they had better Pay than what they had in their country!! Why would someone come to a desert if they didn’t have better opportunities than their hometown Think over it!

@@ritenwappel5833 I understand your point. Migrant workers are miss treated by some employers in dubai. But many find better opportunities here than at home. like my parents who were able to build a better life. However, we still advocate for fair treatment for all workers. But one thing to be made clear is that, is not the Dubai or its government thats to be blamed for these poor conditions, but the employers that exploit these workers. Dubai nowadays have strict laws (including compulsory health insurance for labourers) ,Dubai is doing its part to protect it’s valuable migrant workers who build this city. I have lived in Dubai whole my life. I have seen it all. So from a first hand perspective this is what i think.

@@hanochkurian5933 Well the employers do these things because the government turns a blind a eye to it all. Who do you think the government or the royal family will favor more? The big business who help boost the country's GDP or the underpaid workforce who can be easily replaced? I have also lived and worked in the middle east in and around Dubai. We cant let that middle class privilege of ours cloud the judgement. Make no mistake, when they no longer find you useful, they will replace you with someone cheaper. A lowly worker makes a mistake at work, they get sent back home to their country with little to no benefits. A CEO makes a huge mistake, like say underpaying their entire workforce and they get a minor fine and a slap on the wrist. Who do you think is better treated?

I would like to ask you a question that I am curious about. Emaar Properties, which operates in Dubai and various countries, has a value of around 220-240 Billion Dollars in one video. In the other video, I saw that he has assets over 300 Billion Dollars. These really huge numbers are impressive. Can I get information about this subject from you, as a competent and knowledgeable person in this field? Do these numbers reflect the truth?
