I have learned so much from you guys on gear. Now I an my crew are going to put to work. I drew a tag in Colorado I wasn't planning on ever getting. I drew a once in a life time Trophy Bull Moose hunt. I have one of 5 tags issued. Pics an stories to come in September an October.

I came out of the gates hard at 12 when I started bow and rifle hunting. And went 10years punching tags. But my dad gave me the nickname "two shot turbo" and it has stuck ever since. Love you guys!

I'm having deja vu with this video. I took my brother on a very similar hunt. He had never seen an elk while hunting. Our water source was a bull wallow at the top of a mountain that took us all day to acend. We were stuck without base camp equipment above a winter storm and we did not dare decend because there were 20-30 bulls around us as dark fell. We had to filter our water between hoof depressions and elk nug's to collect enough. This is the hunt where I taught him how to smear elk nug's on himself and other "stuff" to mitigate wind swirls. Laughing very hard!!!

Its nice to see hunting videos with guys who arent too proud to shoot a spike. Im am just like all you guys and hunt to fill my freezer first. The real trophy is the meat, the rack is just a good byproduct.

I really hate that they open the gates for rifle hunters, as archery hunters we hunt way harder than any rifle hunter ever will. And the odds are stacked against us . ,anyways just think it sucks that they will not open the gates for archery hunters too.
