@Pink Buttaflii, you are preacing to the choir, Sis. I stumbled so much in my walk & growth, and am so grateful for the Good Lord's long-suffering /patience with me. Once I got saved and accepted him as Lord/Saviour I was not properly watered and thought I could just hang out w/the same people, places, and things and grow in him. In seeking some of the Churches I attended at the time were too extreme in preaching death and hellfire, while some were the complete opposite (no preparation) to live solely for him bearing my cross daily. I didn't understand the Bible that well and out of desperation earnestly prayed and asked him to teach me. And so far I have not been deprived. Stay Blessed!🙏🏽🙂👍🏽

We are to share the gospel with those who don't know Christ, but it's the Holy Spirit who CONVICTS the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment (John 16:8-11). And we are ALSO to correct and discipline those in sin in the church (1 Corinthians 5:12-13). Check out 1 Corinthians 5 in full context don't just take my word for it. I'm not trying to argue Antoinette Ray. I just see how the church seems to allow Christian "celebrities" and "leaders" to abuse their spiritual gifts and power without checks and balances according to the standards clearly written out in the inerrant Word of God.
