the young man singing and playing Mandolin Don Dowdy passed away in July 2021 only in his 30s. so so sad . may God bless his Family and comfort them.

@cornstar5 I seen them at a festival a few days ago, and he can sing. He did "If you're Gonna Do Me Wrong, Do It Right" and it was amazing.

The lead singer is a southpaw playing a right-handed cheese slicer. Upside down. Knew an excellent 5-string picker that did that.

Great video but a prime example of why I'm considering not going to anymore out door festivals. Just listen to all the people talking during the show, cant hardly hear the group from the audience what a shame. Very disrespectful to a great bluegrass group.
