My wife and I watched “Lethal Weapon” together. She was fighting cancer and every time Riggs did something self destructive she said she worried about me. She passed away in January, and I let the DVR record the episodes. I watched the finale today and bought this beautiful song immediately. Thank you to all artists who create music that makes the hell of life just a little bit easier.

It's sad to see Riggs shot but the scene was beautiful, the way he glanced and saw his brother, the way he stood up so gracefully without fear, and the way he reacted to been shot was so epic , with the music playing in the background, it was just epic...

It's songs like this, Promises, Pull yourself together, Redemption, Both sides are even, Doubt, New York, The Absentee, Never knowing how or why (god, I'd like to hear that song live once...), Lay me down, World without end, Misplaced, Move on, Semi Automatic, Diamonds, Big ideas, Keep me close (another one I'd almost kill for hearing that one live, again), and many, many more that make The Boxer Rebellion IMHO the most underrated and most sincere band around. Can't waite to hearing you guys perform both new and existing songs again on March 2nd 2018 in Utrecht. Was in Paradiso in the fall of 2017 and Utrecht in 2015 and lets just say I hope you guys take the next step to recognition and success, though I'd hate it if you became less approachable after your performances, offcourse.
