Look forward to see the band for the 1st time in new york, i feel you get awesome bands that defined stages of your life, my self started with u2, pearl jam, collective soul and for the last years boxer rebellion.

I think I'll stick with Union and The Cold Still. TBL once was, but is no more.

I agree. Their best stuff was from Exits, B-Sides and Rarities (Vol 1&2), The Cold Still and Union. Even Promises was a good album. Not their best, but still good. I understand that bands like to experiment with their sound and whatever but I don't like this new album so far. It sounds too "pop-y" if that makes sense. Too commercial. I'll still keep following them in the hopes that they get some sense and go back to their "old" sound.

@@Its_Me_MKC I know its 4 years later but ill say it anyway. The trouble with your way of thinking is that you see it from a fan point of view. You like a certain sound which is fine but you're listening when you want to. A band, any band is expected to play the same style of music tour after tour, never wavering. It's a job like any other and repetition makes it a dull job. They may lose you as a fan going forward but experimentation finds new fans who will like what they do. We all look for a new direction when life becomes stale. The old stuff will always be there to listen to. Who knows you may yet get to like how they evolve.
