Homelander wins everything by a mile because you’re just basing things on quantity and he’s been in every episode while other characters are only in one season or whatnot. It would have been interesting to see if someone else wins if you’re judging their averages based on how many episodes they appear in and if he still wins that one

In terms of on screen stuff it was obviously going to be Homelander because he’s the main villain and has more screen time than any other villain. But in terms of which of the character we see in the show are the most generally evil, I think it’s got to be Stormfront. She’s an actual nazi, even Homelander is shocked by some of the things she says, and she’s been doing superhuman racist murders for nearly a century under various different identities.

Uhm, guys - someone already did this in the comic book - not a fan, instead, a villain who was hoping to eliminate both The Boys AND The Seven in the comic did this in the actual comic.
