She is hinting at the fact that with her plan, she would make Ryan and Homelander rule together, but Homelander on his own will distance Ryan and will be his own worst enemy as all he knows is terrorise and kill. This is similar to what S Sage told Homelander when they first met, that even if he conquered the world, he still wouldn’t be happy

I think Sage may have decided that if the steaks are global domination then she’s going to join this Game of Thrones for herself so when it’s all said and done, she can win, and then she can fix all the things that are supposedly unfixable like global warming and curing cancer and ending world, hunger, and poverty and famine and genocides, and all sorts of other big issues that allegedly have no solution. She’s the smartest person on earth if anyone can figure it out it should be her. Or perhaps she doesn’t care if the world she ends up ruling is a dystopian nightmare as long as she is the despot in charge of the hellscape.

Erik and his writing team have become predictable and boring at this point. I don't care if I'm watching a pro-Christian movie/show or a so-called pro-Gay movie/show. I can enjoy anything unless it gets preachy, and the agenda goes above the storytelling. Sadly, I think the Boys was starting to cross that line in season 3 but they went next level this season. Putting aside the politics, the writing and characters in general have declined overall.
