The Trilogy is his journey with drug addiction. The girl represents a spoon and the stuff represents black tar heroin. If you read the lyrics at that point it says "let's take the thrown and break the cycle" his mom was addicted to heroin so he's saying let's change our path and break the addiction cycle. His fear is that his daughter will become addicted to drugs.

Instead of wondering what the stuff is shes spitting into his mouth, I wish you all would have thought about what it might symbolize. Falling In Reverse is a complete thread because not only are the lyrics fire, the music is fire, but also the videos are full of stories and symbolism. For instance ... him saying he's not ready to change could symbolize he isn't ready to quit .. drugs. Which is what the poison she is putting into his mouth symbolizes. And the theme of this song is that he's not ready to change yet .. he's losing his mind in the drugs.

It’s possible someone before me has explained, if so apologies for repeating. The rundown of Ronnie Radke is his dad is a Native American and was in a biker gang and is now a pastor. His mom abandoned him as a kid because she was a heavy drug addict. Ronnie grew up resentful of his mom but ultimately inherited those same demons and became a heavy drug user. The stuff that the girl spits in his mouth is supposed to represent black tar heroin. That’s why she is dressed in something that looks like a spoon. Ronnie was in another band when he got arrested and was kicked out of the band. While in prison he formed his band Falling in Reverse and wrote a lot of his first album from prison. He explained before that he was a womanizer and a lot of it had to do with his mom leaving. It all changed when his daughter Willow was born. That’s when Ronnie really started to change for the better because he wanted to do better for his daughter and be a better person in her eyes. She is in a couple of his videos, Popular Monster, and Losing my Life, I’m wanting to say there was another one but maybe not. Willow is also the reason he got his tattoos blacked out because he wanted to put forth a better image for her at least that’s what I heard. In interviews he told them he just got bored/tired of them. How I look at Losing My Mind is he is telling everyone that he isn’t ready to quit drugs. Of course music is subjective and everyone has a different feeling or opinion but that’s the ultimate feel I get from it. He got clean and has been sober and he did it because of again his daughter. He is afraid of his daughter becoming an addict, that she will inherit it from him. Which is I believe the message in Losing My Life or Drugs. Ronnie is not atheist, I don’t think he believes in a heaven or hell. The symbol you keep thinking is satanic really is their logo. It’s I think supposed to represent literally “falling in reverse” but again I think even that is subjective as you see something completely different. He has chosen to forgive his mom and has turned his life around for his daughter. However, a lot of people still like to bring up his past and as you continue to listen to his music you will pick up on Ronnie talking about that.

As far as the stuff that Don mentioned, Ronnie USED to be an issue, he did time in prison and came out clean and i believe he has over 10 years without drugs (I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong) and that's when FIR started. His gf is named Saraya (if you watched the WWE or the WWE divas from 2011 to 2022 then you might know her as Paige!) Pretty sure that was her in the video with him. Anyway, they are touring with Avenged Sevenfold rn and another band that was opening for both FIR and Avenged Sevenfold tried to get Avenged Sevenfold to kick FIR of the tour but the Avenged Sevenfold stood up for them and said absolutely not so the other band backed out. I even saw one of the reactors thanking Ronnie cuz I guess he saw a reaction and the guy didn't have the right equipment or money to get it so Ronnie bought it for him cuz he liked that the reactor was paying attention and had intelligent things to say, good or bad. I feel like we have Ren, Ronnie and Tom that all create music with a message that mainstream isn't ready for or that others are trying to silence. They are very different artists but they are all making noise, they all have insanely loyal fans and they all defy genres. When Tom says in Riot "Top of Independent Mount Rushmore" feel like all 3 of these guys will be up there at some point together, if Ronnie doesn't stay with the label.
