I remember watching this episode nearly 40 years ago because Greg Brady was trying to scare Bobby and Peter making him think that there’s a UFO flying around out in their backyard and it was until Marsha Brady showing up in the attic and had startle Craig Brady about that flashlight he’s carrying which was very funny.

I cant believe Peter and Bobby fell for Greg's gag for him being the UFO!

This show always taught us moral lessons. To be fair, Greg may have avoided a 30-year prison sentence, but in the end, Mike and Carol punish Greg by denying him his driving privileges so he couldn't go fishing with his buddies as he had been planning to do that weekend.

I liked how in Bobby's dream, when the UFO in their back yard the space ship said UFO on it. The little asked Bobby if he were friend or enemy. Great episode.

In 1973, when this episode originally aired, America was witnessing a major UFO flap! Ufologists refer to it as "The Year Of The Humanoid".

so obviously they didn't learn their lesson from the Season 4 episode "Fright Night" when the boys played that prank where Jan and Cindy think they see a ghost

I know that this show aired in the early 1970s, however the issue of whether or not UFOs exist, is still being debated 4 decades later and I think that this kind of issue will never stop being debated. I don't know if there are life on our planets or not, but I don't see God making the Universes, Galaxy, Solar System with just one planet that has life.

Most classic ufo sounds ever. Blast Off ! Greg what are you doing with those magazines? Not sure what was in those cookies, but those kids, sure had some wild imaginings. Swamp gas can lead one to think they saw a UFO 🛸 but nothing really. Now little green men, whole different story, the local pub has sightings nightly. That house had an attic as big as some houses.

Did Greg not realize his dessert was hanging on his lip? Yeah. Dessert. That’s what it was. Ha.

I love this episode because it showed how easily people can be fooled on this subject! but the part where the air force would send a captain to investigate their ufo was not at all believable. Perhaps the show should have talked to j Allen hynek to make an appearance.
