The bread we prepare today is a great solution when you don't have bread in the house and you need it. So knead the bread and bake directly in the oven.
There is no need here to wait for the dough to rise as it is prepared with baking powder. The taste is fantastic, soft, hearty.
I adore this variant because it reminds me of my childhood. My favorite is in combination with dried or tomato and cream salad.
I baked it for 20 minutes at 220 degrees.
After baking, cover it with a clean cloth and leave the crust to soften a bit.
Ingredients:
- 500 g flour (type 500)
- 300 ml of acidic water
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 1 baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
